Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-5 business days of payment confirmation.

Shipping Methods: We offer standard and expedited shipping options. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days for delivery.

Shipping Rates: All Shipping is FREE for US orders.

Canada: Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of the order and the destination address. You can view the shipping cost at checkout before completing your purchase.

Shipping Restrictions: We currently only ship within USA  and Canada. We do not ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Tracking Information: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.

Shipping Delays: While we strive to deliver orders promptly, please note that shipping delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, holidays, or carrier delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.

Damaged or Lost Shipments: In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact our customer support team within two days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue and ensure your satisfaction.

Delivery Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address during checkout to ensure accurate delivery. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Returns: 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
